All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Cocoa & Crown Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
